Yet another prob iv got wiyh my starveiw box!! Gotall channels fine but if i stay on one for 20secs its pics freezes or blank scrabbled (but states STILL connected) if i keep flicking though channels it seem ok BUT does the missis head in Surprised . Anyone any ideas iv gone in menu changed 1 or 2 things but no good so just put back Exclamation

Sounds like cable or splitter connections
Is the router connected to the box via a ethernet cable.?
The box should have been scanned on Telewest.
