Blade 7000s Cline - some servers not connecting?

Hi Guys

So my Blade7000s won't let me connect to a server that I have paid for, I have manually typed in all the info and double checked it and nothing, it just won't let me connect, I have a cline thats working right now and connects but I did have an issue with that originally too untill they changed the username for me to something a little more simple.

Anyone had problems, should I upload the cline file rather than the 9991 way? Does it make a difference?
