Help Starview does not work

I have purchased Starview 7. I have connected LAN dongle and network OK. I can watch all FTA channels. but none of scrambled cahnnels. I have latest firmware 2.21. Hope you can help me. Thanks.

Thanks for reply. I have bought the starview recently with 6 months. I was told it should work untill April 2011. this is details of software view-2.21-UKC, LDR 01.13 (0909). is this software still work?. Thanks. My router is BT not VM. IS this make difference?

Reboot box, modem, and router

If no good try direct from modem to box,router may be playing-up,also try a different ethernet cable.

Assume it has been activated
Go to premium channels (ie sly sports 1) press 1819 on the remote

Thank you very much Jonpc. It is working now. I have just pressed on 1819 on remote and it says enabled then work.
