do u get all the channels or just some dose it still scramble like before

The people running Starview are the same people that said they would honour the deal that the box would last a year,soon after they decided to charge a fee.
This will end in tears.

i got about 6-7 months

Mine keeps on going down but install the software and it comes back on, does anyone have interuptions in the signal because its a pain dont know if its my connections or what, any ideas

They (SV) should have inform you when payment was made.

oh yes, just checked my email

received conformation of payment

they said it will take 24 - 48 hours for activation, will wait and see

Good news - (for those mad enough to have these boxes), I can confirm the box does work once they (sv) receive subs payment and activate your box. At first glance it looks as though most channels are there too. I'll report back with the stability (Glitchyness) tomorrow.

cheers for the info mate. mine due 15th sept. mines improved the last 3 month, think its coz loads have left, bonus to me.

can also confirm that the box i was given updated wednesday morning

only checked the sport & movie channels which were working fine

so far so good, hope it stays that way

Glitching has definitely improved for me (although im get to see the football on SSpts). However, as more people subscribe, I expect this to get worse again. But who know, perhaps the starview guys will listen and upgrade their servers with all the extra subs money.
