help needed

hi i recieved a free trial cline..i entered it in the first slot in the cs thing ..slot 0 ..

but nothing happening apart from bb*hd freezing ..take it ive done something wrong plzz help..

Presume you mean connection 0,put it in connection 1 and make sure to change protocol to what line you have

still no luck ..just a thought do i need to turn serial mode on in the option menu ?

This is the way the line is given to you,

yes i downloaded it ..this is the settings..

1=connection_1 2=protocol cccam 3= timeout 3 sec 4=filtermode auto

5-filterlist o 6=id if***24*** 7=password ***** 8=des-key01020304etc 9=address c:alltests.*****.me 10=port35**9

loaded with usb stick ..have reset and all it says is connection_1 cccam on disconnected...

internet is on has it will play them adult clips many thanks for all ure help so far..

Press the RED button (connect) bottom left. then exit

no still nothing .think i do factory reset and start again

Factory reset not the answer the disconnect should light-up to connected and go green.
Get in contact with the payserver and tell them to switch you on,as you appear to have done everything correct.
