Satellite receiver info please - reposted as put in the wrong section earlier.

Hi all. I have been looking around in a vain attempt to find a sat receiver, but as I have never used one before it all seems slightly (very) confusing. I used to own a SV5 USB, but when I moved it was to a non cable area, hence the switch. I have just looked at the Blade 7000 spec, but it may well have been written in Latin. Would this be the best option for what I want (recording, PPV etc...)?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Also, I am guessing that the satellite set-up will be more difficult than cable? As they wouldn't even give me the settings when I bought another router when I found theirs to be, lets just say, inadequate. So I had to find them myself online.
