can anyone help me. l've lost some of my channels. tryed to re-scan but i am only picking up 183 channels when i used to get 234. or there abouts. i've tryed to re-scan 4 times but is only picking up 183 channels.

You don't say which box you have.
There have been changes to some frequencies today best to scan from a direct feed (no splitter) If that don't help try factory settings from a direct feed,but you will lose your channel list ie favourites
