lost channels

my starview went off the other night (no signal) then day after i can only get 210 channels.. all pay per view missing and a lot of the +1 channels like comedy central and all e4 channels and virgin channels.
it also the same for a mate of mine in the local area

thing is if it was because nagra 3 was hitting then i would of recieved the new card by now yes?.. iv got a subscription to virgin tv..

Same thing happened on wed night with my boxes i did a factory reset and it sorted prolem out

tryed factor reset few times.. doesnt pick up everything .. most i get is 244 .. still no e4 channels or ppv... boxing tommoz night as well:(

Remove the splitter and rescan.
Turn Emu back On
Or try
Manual Scan 0000 with Network Scan Enable,wait a minute press OK

cheers for advice.. tryed that .. no change tho .. still missing all e4 channels box office tv1700 and some of the +1 chan

check provider has not had a fault in your area.
