Have a look to see if it's not name SS1 could be under something else.

just double checked channels and they are not under another channel

if you have factory reset and auto scanned from direct feed with no splitters on.and emu or keycode to on,it may be an outside problem
can you say what area you are in as someone near you may have the frequency,what box do you have and what firmware is on it.

press the menu . then yellow button type ii both codes like this and press ok and exit

if codes are wrong=loss of loads of channels will happen. Rolling Eyes

,it is a frequency that needs to be checked.

im in the glasgow area, telewest, and have been having the same problem for weeks. Only channel missing is Sky sports 1 but seem to have tried everything and nothing is fixing it.

Delete the problem channel first,as SS1 on Telewest is OK.
Try a manual scan on the SS3 frequency as they may be the same

wey hey, thanks so much, i had read before about scanning on SS3 but i hadnt deleted SS1 first, so thank, my hubby will be a happy man to get his channel back !

As before C & W seems to have a problem with these channels.
Try a scan on Telewest and NTL.
