East London is a large area with different districts, each district uses a different NetID, this is why your district is needed or indeed your postcode (the letters and numbers at the bottom of your address is your postcode.

Is your district Walthamstow. 

Although the shop were it was bought don't stock them anymore that's not to say they can't fix it.

Apologises with saying your were taking the P*** and believe me I would come and look at the box if near your area.

On numerous occasions I have asked you to do things to help, these appear not to have been tried, was this previous suggestion tried, was the video looked at.

If the previous suggestions have been tried why not say what the results were or how far you got.

if you wanted a fix you would have posted everyday and look how long it has been .
