i have only got five movie channels got everything else  why is this i live in the east london ares can anybody help

Have deleted your post because you insist on using capitals all other post with capital will also be deleted.

Earlier posts suggest that only movie channels were missing, that appears to have changed what did you do, hopefully not a factory reset.
Scan from a direct feed(straight from the wall socket to box.(no splitters)

i did do a factiry reset

A factory reset is not a good idea as your NetID may have been lost.
As previous post try a direct scan and check if all channels using the same TP are missing using previous link in my last post
If using a VM sub ( VM subscription) using remote Settings-Tech Stuff-No1 take note of the NetID, this will be needed if the wrong one is being used to scan at present.

I have got Showcase Turner, Film 4 no Sky sports 1 no History, Challange or CI

will show if all channels using the same TP are missing.
Example,
502: Sky Sports 1_________499.00 TP
Then at bottom of the above link list look for Sky Sports 1,
132: Comedy Central_
157: Fox
243: PBS America
502: Sky Sports 1__
504: Sky Sports 3__
507: Sky Sports F1
607: CNN
704: Cartoon Network
These channels are use the same TP/Frequency as Sky Sports 1 if any these are working tell me which one.

my box has been working fine for 18 months now i have lost a lot of channels is there a new software due out
