If you have a VM sub box try channel 116; ITV 2+1 ask your Dad/Mate if you don't have a VM box
Also what are the TP for,
518: Sky Sport 2
433: Sky Showcase
they're HD but will be on your KV box.

sky showcase channel 433 is 115.00
sky sport 2 channel 518 is 107.00

There's no Channel 116 ITV 2+1 on Mates/Dads/or your VM box is that correct.

116 ITV2+1 is working on VM in your area, not possible to obtain TP from a VM box.

Very unusual for VM to change a TP for a certain area, if that's whats happened.

I'm told Discovery Channels and others can be found on,
203
211
227
251
547
This was done on a non KV box, good luck

Did you get any Discovery channels, were they tried from a direct feed using a manual scan.

Thanks for the feedback as it may help others.

Power search mode(psm) is best switched off likely thats why the channels where lost, my has never been switched on.

Can anyone tell me what TP I should select. I live in Harrow and I have selected Lewisham TP. Is this correct?. My A780 box has been working fine but last few days it keeps showing Scrambled message every minute or so.

If the wrong NetID was selected the box would not have worked before, scrambled is a net problem not a signal fault. As other posts suggest there is a fault with Kryptview at present, better to leave box as it is.
TP is a frequency, NetID is region/area
