Kryptview error - cannot load firmware

Could somebody please help me, I am trying to load on the firmware file on to a A780 box and it keeps saying the downloading is not requested.

Any advice would be appreciated

Could be the box has the latest software already Menu/System Info/16-08-13 is the latest  I think.

Perhaps the server is down.!

It says - Date - 08/01/2013
Software version - Evolution A780 v4.0.02
H/W version - v3.0.0

Don't recall that software for the KV looks like you will need to update via cable use the same cable used for starview updates.
The sticky with vid should help and the software is in downloads update with the latest in downloads and then use remote control to update further.
Hope this is of some help.

The firmware on box is FTA and has to be update via cable first time only, reading your posts the cable used to update SV will do.

Download, Kryptview_A780_26052013 then update to KV server with remote, if needed.

Hi, Got it working this morning tried putting it in a different PC port and it worked.

Cannot get the channel Comedy Central though and have some glitching on a few channels, is this just normal?

Yes both Comedy/+1 have been done for a few week check the channel sticky.
