Not had any film channels for around three days now,box is fully updated ,most other channels appear ok,discovery,sky sports,kids,etc,done a reset and rescan a few times now,along with modem reboots but still nothing,i'm on telewest uddingston.any help or info

40984 [Uddingston] is the latest NetID that I see,most Sky movies use the same TP, scanning from a direct (no splitter) feed may solve your problem

sorry being stupid obviously my vm cable has a splitter to feed modem and tv box was thinking about an additional splitter as to run vm box and kryptview together

From what you say the movie channels are showing scrambled

Sounds like a net problem,reboot modem/router/box.

What firmware is on the box

yes firmware current,maybe also check providers[ vm ] for problems in your area.
