No channels since 3.30pm approx

I am in London and have been unable to receive any channels since 3.30pm. I have rescanned twice and have the 11 Nov '12 s/w update

same here...

Phew! And let's hope the KV boys and girls continue to sort things out quickly when stuff like this happens

I Totally agree with your statement, patience is what is needed here.......

I hope one can't damage a box by rescanning too often I always feel silly when I do it and then discover everyone has the problem But I checked all the various boards first and no one had reported any difficulties

I'm sure it will be-They have never let us down in the past. Over the weekend they provided more assistance (2 S/W updates) that Starview has managed in a whole year

i done the latest update today and now have no channels ,is this just a glitch with the kv server then,as i have rescanned and rebooted many times now with no results ,maybe it's crashed due to everyone updating

No channels since 3.30pm.

I have had no channels since 3.30ish here in the north west too. Re-booted a couple of times and re-scanned to no avail. will wait a while before trying again.
