just got myself a kryptiview a780 brand new

it will not let me flash it, is there a different loader or something keeps telling me it didnot ask for this update tried with 3 different opperating systems xp vista and 7 the vista and 7 used usb to rs323 plugin thing but xp one it was onboard com-port still didn't work please can someone give me clue got 3 starview all ran out of subs missing football !

are you 100% sure you have correct cable.

What firmware is on the box.?

Software update is not working too good at the moment,but to do it.

when i go on to that what do i do. do i press anything like standby button to go on to power search or just leave it as it is and wait for it to download it don't seem to be doing anything also all my pay-view channels are still scrambled

As above just press S/W Update,as said it is not working too good at the moment.

do i need a new update or is this the latest one and how do i get channels to unscramble

old firmware as there were an april and november online updates out this year.

can you tell me where do i get latest one that works from please doing me head in now getting ready to lob it in the bin

The Nov 2012 is working__Menu_Installation_0000_S/W Update press__all channels will now show,no need to do anythimg else.

just updated box 2nd time today and lost all my channels have i done something wrong or is network down
