All premium channels gone inc SS

Hello guys

All premium channels have gone on my Kryptiview box. Missed the C.L. footy this evening. I have tried rebooting both the router and the box with no joy. Is it just mine thats gone or maybe its a server problem. I'm in the dudley area.

Please state which firmware is on box when posting,just to note if it's one out all out..

The details on my box are as follows:

Date: 24/04/2011

Software version: Kryptview A780pv3.8.00

H/W version: v3.0.0

I am not sure if this firmware is the latest version.

install latest update 29/11/2011 via remote menu.> installation>0000>s/w update.then default and rescan

At the moment new/old software appears to be doing the same on the boxes,although expect old software not to work at a later date.
