HELP NEEDED STARVIEW 7

Im hoping someone can help me i very much want to pay my subs
and get my starview box 7 working again , ive done everything that has been
talked about on forum downloaded the new smgo frimware but whe i go to system
imformation there is no box number there ive tried many times but there box
number is never there so im hoping someone will know how i can get my box
number so i can get my box working again.

Presume system info shows latest firmware (smgo 2.21 ) has been installed.
Try sending the StarviewSupportRequest1.01 without the box No

is there a programme i can download for a starview hd, it is not a combo so i dont know if the programme that is for the combo will do. i also know i will have to ppv, but i still think i need a programme to open it up.

there are no cable hd boxes working,check your model again

you need the number on the lable on the back of the box go to there site pay by paypal and put the number in the box

set box up connect ethernet ,factory default box then auto scan at end exit put box on any channel push 1819 on remote top left corner of screen itl say enabled when tele on login warning will flash up on screen and thatl show box number on the warning
