By any chance as anyone got any information on whats happening with f*cking things ,had a couple of e-mails and thats about it.This company as a good reputation so way mess us about,sorry if i sound as i'm having a go at you's.Just cant get my head around why they aint remedied it as it's been over a month.Any advice would be well appreciated thank you. also to add using starview boxes with a paid service will not be allowed by virgin they will take measures to stop it dead and the poor joe soap will be in trouble.
