Problem with Picture

Hi
Just wondering if there a setting to get a better picture of the KV box. Got my box yesterday and all seems working but the picture is not that clear as it used to be with SV. Is this down to having a splitter?

check all your cables are tight espcially your scart lead i have k/v and granted the picture aint hd quality m8 but at least we are up n runnin hope yer get sorted m8 and may we all have long and happy viewin

Thanks mate for your help. I think there is something wrong with my box. Its almost like watching a CAM movie. Will remove the splitter and replace the SCART with another one to see if any improvements.

maybe check settings and see if it alters,picture quality is good on kv,how is your signal level and quality

You are right to change connections,perhaps a booster could help.
Also a strong signal can be as bad as a weak signal.
Check VM sub box for correct Net ID (if you have one),
Settings - Tech Stuff - Net ID
