connction problem

hi folks
i have a blade 7000 box for a few weeks now,working ok,but off late i say since last week,while watching programmes i get a little freezing issus maybe thats my modem or router can live with that,,but i am now getting the scrambled channel box coming up it will stay like that for 10 / 15 minutes,what i have to do is go into the 9991 menu disconnet from the server and reconnet then works fine for 3/4 hour then it would come back onto scrambled channel, i would say i have to do this atleast 3/4 times a day,does anyone have this problem?,can someone suggest what i can do ?

it is probably something to do with the server your connecting to
