sv7 not connecting to av

Hi Peeps,

I have been passed on 2 sv7 by a relative & friend who said there box is not working.

When I connect the box's to my tv it is not connecting to AV.

I thought it might be the scart but my relative & friend had the sane problem.

Basically I have no picture onthe tv so I cant even get into the menu, the box powers up but have no picture.

At home my brothers sv7 is working fine.

Both boxes had software 1.02 on them.

Has any other peeps had the same problem and is there any fix to this plz???

maybe give box a light shake anything sound loose inside,as sometimes cable connectors come loose in transit and need to be reattached.hare you tried other connectors to see if they work also.try this first.

If it's def. not scart, try AV/TV button on remote.
Does LED on box flash when you press any key on remote.
You can try this if you like;
MENU
Hit DOWN key
RIGHT key
DOWN key twice
OK key twice
keep pressing OK until red LED on box flashes

how stupid of me, pressed the av button on starview remote and picture came up
