Hey guys just bought the a780 followed the tut on top of the page loaded then scaned box I found all channells but I can only veiw FTA channells!! Have I missed something is there a secret menu to trun on or were have I went wrong??? Any help would be gratefull.

There is no secret menu.
Check the ethernet cable from the router to the box.
Take the ethernet cable from the modem to router and connect it from moden to box.
