hi guys got a prob done fac def and scan with lan without lan re booted router turned box off at the back but still cannot get the channels that came back y/day i have latest f/w 24/4/11 all the other channels that are back are workin fine any suggestions?/would be grateful for nany help thanx oh and yes i have correct net id

you could try just switching off for a min then powerscan might pick them up again

leave the box in standby and it will pic the channels up
