hi can someone please help me with my super box 8.02e

hi the box paid channels has been saying scrambled or bad channel for a while now ive restored factory settings rescanned all channels etc. says i have 373 channels but i still get scrambled or bad channel on the paid channels. also on negavition key in secret menu says ntl provider but when scan the channels i only get them for tw. i tried changing to tw in the negavation menu but it wont save. any suggestions how i can get my box working again? thanks
p.s im from sheffield and virgin media is my provider (just incase you need that infomation)

Sheffield looks as though it is a Nag 3 area of which there is no fix.

If not a Nag 3 area the latest firmware for that box is 8.04
Is the Emu on,Menu - 1570 - Scroll down Emu On.
Remeber to change id NTL = 5401 Telewest = 5A01
