Digivox xl channel list

Help needed

I set up a digivox xl today for a friend when it finished the scan picked up all the channels but they had no id just tv7 and so on any clues to why no names such has sly sports 1/2 or 3 racked my little brain cell that i have left but still no joy plugged into mine rescaned and all was fine named and sorted told mate to sort and name channel what he thinks should be at my age eyes dont work that good to sort the list out for him least thats what i told him lol.

factory reset,0000 to delete, power off at back / on autoscan ur provider and emu to on.it happens the odd time also make sureu scan from main coaxial feed.i presume the box was flashed.

Yes box flashed with 1240 bin file will try that and let you know if does the trick.
