Do they know who we are?

A question from a newbie - If VM can place an additional channel onto Dodgy Boxes to warn us that we are watching illegally how can't they track this and knock on our doors?

hi marie they can`t trace your box as it does not send back a signal as their sub box does ,ignore it

That message may be on sub boxes also,but as you can't scan a sub box you will not see it.
There is no talkback on "dodgy boxes"as there are on subs,hence the reason subs should always be connected
Subs= boxes you pay for.
