most channels in radio section after scan

as the above says after the a780 has done a full scan most of the channels have been placed in the radio section...have tried numerous factory resets/channel deletes but it's the same everytime

i've tried reflashing the box but it keeps saying code file size error

any help/advice would be appreciated

Reading a number of users also stuck on this and maybe vm have changed something and box cannot access that info anymore.People were asked to have power scan on and to power off at rear then on and the scan would usually move channels to correct area on box.Correct info is not received to move channels to correct location.
  Boxes are very old now and support is gone and newer boxes have HD.

Same problem noticed it a last year it started with the HD channels no fix that I could find.

Thanks for the advice but it looks like old kv is on it's way to the knackers yard

It had a good run and with newer boxes 4k things have moved on.
