Problems Blade 7000s HD

Hi all I was just wondering if there is anyone who has encountered this problem.

I have patched my blade 7000s with latest 13/01/14 firmware. I am connecting to bbc satback on Intelsat 907. I can clear SD channels with no problem but the HD channels don't clear. I just get the message scrambled channel . I have checked pid data etc but it seems ok. Any ideas please

Presume your not in the UK believe Biss Keys are needed, 9992-Biss, not tried

Thanks for response. Yes the BISS keys work for the SDs but not the HDs !
