Which HD cable box.

Hi, my sub's for the starview 7 have finished and I don't want to take another chance on this box, any idea's on a HD cable box, I was thinking of a Krytview phoenix A850 HD box, but I notice there's no sticky and not much info/talk about them, could anyone shed some light on them and if I did get one would I be able to pm or email someone for help to set it up, also do I google to find out where to buy from.
