Really want to watch the celtic game today but sly 1 and 3,F1 have been unwatchable for me for months very bad glitching, all my other channels are mostly fine,tried everything to make then work,please KV gods do a little miracle for me

start looking at your setup,if it was that bad we would see many more post complaints,low signal on those channels?what way have you got your box setup?

That was a TP problem before the recent channel update, it could be a splitter problem, other channels that use the same TP.

815: B4U Movies
816: B4U Music_
827: Rishtey___
Try a resan direct from the wall socket (no splitter)
Remember too strong a signal can also cause glitching

well i watched the game nevertheless,it's actually not like the normal glitching where it freezes momentarily it's more like a pixel distorting or stuttering, hard to describe but only getting it on those 3 channels,i've changed all my cables, rescanned at the point of cable origin,tried a different router nothing seems to work.hasn't really bothered me that much but now footy is underway again i'm fubar'd if it's on those channels

Yesterday was crap so I adjusted all connectionsand rescanned
Maybe it is a home issue?
 are you up to date on firmware and factory default box,sometimes helps mate

 no actually i haven't,can you recommend one that is working well,i am on vm,uddingston

you have to scan on yours,someone with a vm box locally can give it to you

what signal and quality levels are there on those channels.

Try the Falkirk network  I'd mate, factory default first
I've just scanned it and sky sports 1 /3 are fine

Surprise other channels using the same TP are not affected.
