Blade 7000s LNBf

can anyone help?

installed a 7000s onto a Slydish with a 8way lnb.

dish works fine with an old Freesat box.

message lnbf appears and i cant access any menus etc,

tried the box on another dish at my sons home, same issue.

anything i can do or check? OR is it knackered?

Had same problem turned out someone had dropped something or stood on ? connection from dish, noticed when cable removed sat in and loop were not straight to each other. opened box ,removed shields and fixed them worked fine since .you won`t see it with cable attached
