go to 4 shared mate then download BM7000s Oct 12 2012 89x.zip thats the latest best firmware then unzip it to a new folder on your desk top then put it on a usb stick then put the firmware onto your box with the usb stick thats the simplist way i can explain it mate hope it helps:D
