stuck in stanby

any 1 have a cure seems this new s/w causes a few boxes 2 go into standby had a fair few calls now and emails.tried swapping power boards no joy only put subs on it 3 weeks ago sick as a parrot.

yep=screwed again reading posts around some say timebomb in firmware to remove old boxes from system,that will let the new group to connect buy another starview if you screw your customers they will not replenish your piggy bank

if you look on barcode the red standy boxes all seem to have the same start numbers 101 on the barcode coincidence or not i think not

101,102,and 104 have been mentioned as not working.

they may want you to know its only a wee section of boxes,hence the need to know how big the crap will be
