hi im all paid up etc got 2.21 on box but when i scan im only getting 31 channels does anybody know y. thanks

After payment it can take up to five days for connection.

Receiving only 31 channels suggests internet connection if others are showing scrambled.

If channels are showing scramble go to Sky Sports One press 1819

only getting 31 is too low,scanning from main feed no splitters and choosing correct provider should pull more in.
