Picture Freezing

HI Guys

During Viewing some of the S*Y channels, the picture will freeze then eventually come up with Scrammbled picture.when I check in the 9991 Menu I sitll have connection to the four clines. Some times by changing to another scrammbled channel then back to the original this fixes the freezing.Othere times I have to swich off and re boot.annoying in the middle of the F1.It does not do it all of the time just every now and again. Anyone have similar or any ideas.Secondly what valur should I have entered in the timeout field of the cline.does it make any difference.I currently have 3 secs. sre there any versions of the 9991 software that are more stable than others.

Usually picture freeze is caused by connection to cardshare sub, i have also had it where i have to flick to another channel and back to clear blank screen, my current sub i get no picture freeze but there are a few causes

1. Cardshare sub rubbish 2. internet connection 3. netgear routers cause this use 122p firmware (not tried march latest fw on friends with netgear router to see if cured this issue)

updated to march firmware i would get the odd glitch and freeze every hour or so but since i updated 3 days ago i have had no glitches or freeze working 100% perfect not sure wether they have used a newer version of cccam oh and my payserver has done nothing to improve the services so must be down to the new firmware
