sub keys not working

hello i have a major problem.. the thing is that my box and sub was working perfectly fine when my friend decided to play about with it:shock: i reset the box.. put the new patched firmware in with the 9991 option.. now i cant seem to be connecting to my server.. i am a little confused becouse my supplier has proved me with two protocols to choose from ncamd525 or camd3? i am confused do i used mcamed or cccamd keys to put into the box.. can someone giude me the right way and help me much appricated

When latest firmware is installed press 9991 to get hidden connection setting select slot1 and enter info sent from cardshare supplier
