The problem is at your end.

Reboot modem,box and router.
Is FTA channels availabe (BBC,ITV)

Anyone having same problem no channels i presume the servers down anyone getting same im in the Liverpool area.

Boxes were off in some areas which would seem to make it a VM problem.

Liverpool does have some issues that other areas don't have it could be scanning on the wrong Net ID.
A VM sub box will say which Net ID to use.. Setting__Tech Stuff,top one shows which ID to use.

Just turn off the box and switch back on after 30 sec's.

I did a automatic search before I powered off and all was working after.
