That's a chance you take. Anyway, Nag 3 has been on the go for quite a while and, if you believe the talk, it's only been cracked by one individual and he's been payed off.

If you believe the conspiracy theorists, it's the creators of these encryptions that eventually release a Fix when they've devloped the next generation.
Makes sense as they can sell the newly created revisions.
