Starview 5 help please!!

Just got myself a new starview 5 got it uploaded with the firmware and works a treat at present..problem I have is i can't get it to sort the channels in alpha order. When i go into channel edit it won't give me the option to select it tried everything I can think of inc reading the manual abut 15 times but no luck can't get the arrow key to highlight and select it...any ideas

most boxes you cannot do that as they are scanned in same as provider boxes,you can move channels to favorites if you wish.

Thanks guess it will have to be that way then..don't know why they put it on the menu for if you can't use the option. Thanks anyway.

as i have not seen or tried maybe someone else has,not to sure if the starview editor works on this box which goes on pc not box.
