digivox down can anyone help

hey im new to this site, i have a digivox ver2.8. anytime i scan i can only get the free channels (bbc etc). does anyone have a solution to my problem????

There has been changes in the software...we all waiting for the new one...by the time being you can enter your keys manually which has been posted on the code section...
