Still down this morning Christmas tv ruined lol

one reason why not to rely on kv for viewing,stick an old lp on play chrimbo carols

Still nothing merry Xmas lol looks like the kryptview guys went on there holidays and turned off everything to save money lol

my box down for last 48 hrs in west mids. any info on whats going on

Yep KV down here on Merseyside for last 48 hours too, but hey at the cost we got em there were always going to be some slight glitching and sporadic broadcasts anyway,.. THE BOX was similar too. Hope its back on soon and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone.

cant the kv team not give us any idea when the boxes will be back on  merry christmas  to everyone

kryptview have been brilliant over the years but as stated in a post above dont rely on it for your viewing or you will be disappointed move with the times and accept it for what it is a free service and anything you get is a bonus in the meantime make alternative arrangements for your full time viewing to avoid what is happening at the moment

I agree I've brought an mxq ott kodi box for £30 does the job for sports in fact better than the kryptview for sports more games and hd it's an excellent backup

Fair points made. The guys who've been running Kryptview over the years have been excellent and considering its been free then cant grumble over the odd time when it doesn,t work.
  its been a good few years with kryptview and not a bad run at all.
  If we get it back then great,  if not then we move on. Looks like the kodi media streamer boxes are getting popular but ill try and hang onto my old Kryptview as i think there is life in the old girl yet.

The last time it was off for this long they had a new sw update let's hope it's the same

can nobody tell us if it is worth will keeping the kv box

Don't understand what the problem is
Everyone saying its down but I have had perfect channels all through Christmas..
I use the A850 and both SD and HD have been fine..
Are you all using A780 and therefore is it a problem with those boxes..

yes m8 all 780 boxes been down since before crimbo

That explains why my Brother in Law's box is off and his son's  they are both A780... although they live in a different part of the country to me..
Surely the SD channels on the A850 and the channels on the A780 would come from the same SD server ? 
I understand there is a separate server for HD..

Why would this issue just effect the A780 boxes.  If its a server issue then wouldn't the A850 also be affected..

I'm no expect on such things but I assumed it was that simple..

the hd server is also sending sd signal its like you havin a basic vm package you dont get hd with it but if you have a full package then you get hd hope this explains it anyway at least some folks are happy lol all the best for the new yr m8
