KRYPTVIEW PROBLEMS LOL
When I get to stb editor a message reads as follows
Can't open serial port com1
Please check if the com port has the following parameters
Baudrate :115200bps
Parity:no parity
DATA byte :8bit/data stop bit: 1
What am I doing wrong could someone please explain to me thank you

Hi Paul, could be your just using the wrong com port depending on your O/S check Device Manager
Have a look at the second vid on this https://dooby2oons.forumotion.com/t2123-set-up-kryptview-a780#11416
How far (time ) do you get on the Vid.
Is the correct cable being used eg has it been used before for updating firmware.
What O/S is being use eg Vista Windows 7-8
What firmeware is on the box, Menu-System Info- What Date?

hi m8 yea corrrect cable is used i bought it flashed about 4 years as working perfect then i storedit away im using windows7 thanks paul

If the software on the box is recent box can be updated with remote
