I sometimes think that clubs issue fines/bans so that the FA will be more lenient

Seems that way mate like you said the clubs all clubs that is seam to react to make a statement also takes a bit of heat of the club what pardew did was wrong he will take his punishment and he can have a rest from the touch line and get his Number two to farm his keep for a change lol
