virgin superhub 2 upgrade has stoped kryptview box working !?

Hi i have just had a virgin superhub 2 upgrade when i connect the kyptview box the internet stops working but when disconnect the kryptview box internet works again any ideas. All was working fine before upgrade my old set up was separate modem and router the superhub has it all built in to 1 unit but have set it up in the same way as would have if was separate. I have double checked everything and also use new cables in case anything was damaged without any luck.

Some have said they have had trouble with the Superhud  have not found any problems
Try connection in another port in the hub
Reboot hub/box when all connected
Reconnect modem/router

hi thanks have tried that now and still no luck. problem seems to be when i connect the splitter possibly not enough juice to run internet and kryptview is there any sort or signal booster or amplifier i could use. many thanks again.

Unlikely KV uses very little packets, more like a connection problem, try connecting on a different port on the splitter, or change the splitter.

still no luck thanks for the help though think will sell box and try another box.
