looking to buy an a780 or a850

For me old man,can't get one locally,guy i got mine from i can't get in touch with,anyone got one for sale or had any dealings with the guy's selling them on e-bay tempted to buy from there if none found,i'm up glasgow way,pm if not wanting to post,cheers

Remenber A780 will go out of fashion before the A850 HD, like all you take the chance.

I know ,thanks,had a very good run out of my 780 so far,are there any plans to phase it out in the near future?

they would need to keep both boxes going,abit like sky saying you have to update to a hd box and expect people to pay more,if you have a big tv and its hd i would prefare hd channels.

Maybe a stupid question but my set up is older type vm modem not wireless to which i added a four port wireless router,but my old man has the new vm wireless modem/router so i take it i don't need to add anything or do i still need another router

Use a hub myself no problem, although some say they added another router to their hub.
