No sports 1 and 3

Can anybody help I have lost Sports 1 and 3 but have the others.  Have tried rebooting  and checked connections, and updates are current.  Not a technophobe so a simple reply would be great.  Kryptview A580.  Thanks.

what box do you have the 750 ,780 or 850?

both them workin fine t/side area so must be area fault m8

just goes to show different areas can get different problems.

As said both channels are working, looks like you may be a TP missing if channels 516  &  197 are also missing, a rescan may help from a direct feed ,no splitter

Thanks for info channels 516 and 197 are also missing.  Have already tried a rescan but not sure what you mean about direct feed, no splitter.  Sorry not very technical.

Scan direct from the wall socket don't worry about the internet.

Connect the cable from the wall socket into the back of the KV box disregarding the splitter (for the moment)
Using the remote Menu--Installation-Password 0000--Auto Search--Green button
Network OK is your provider e.g.Telewest, NTL (most likely already set up)
Channels search Type = network
After scan connect up as it was prior to scan.

Did the rescan as you suggested no joy.  Still no sports 1 and 2.

Some folks are having trouble with SS1 & SS3 with glitching, are the channels showing Scrambled or are they not there at all.
