check first the vm page for area faults,some have issues glitching ,some have no channels to glitch.

some areas have qam changes and will need a factory reset/rescan if you have lost channels.

i live in the west midlands. all my channels r staying on for about 5 mins then i get scambled for about 30 seconds. this have been happening since 5pm. is anyone else get this problem?

Yea, I'm getting exactly the same in Bristol. Is this a problem on the kv end?

no kv end is ok as other places working ok,is your firmware upto date and you powered off box at rear and modem/router for a min then on.
