Channel that's gone missing over Xmas

Has anyone lost Sky News on 602? TP is 379 which also includes two stations that are still working (Sony TV and Disney XD + 1)

I have done all the usual (Factory Default scan, cable check etc) and I also know it is available on Freeview

Sky News is missing for all,one channel being down no longer means for certain all channels using the same TP will be down.

hi, can someone please tell me if i need a Evolution iConnector kv? as i did have a sv, or is it just the same set up or do a need a kv and a Evolution iConnector??? thank you

no you needed the 750 with the iconnect to work=old box but still works
kv780 has an ethernet port under rear sticker. sd model
phoenix hd a850 is their newer high def box.
if you have a starview,dump it and get a working box kv on cable or move
to sat.
