Only one TP working at the moment

I did the Software update on Tuesday evening but yesterday evening (at 9.30pm approx) lost all TPs apart from 379, which means allI can get is Sky News, Sony TV and Disney XD + 1.

I Rescanned again (Having done so on Tuesday) and got everything back. I
don't understand why I had to do another Rescan. Everything had been
working on Tuesday following the s/w update and yesterday until 9.30pm

i just defaulted and rescanned on network id 40982 dundee/ edinburgh and got 54 t/p, even got sky sports 4 back on,is your id ok and are you scanning network,might be a local issue with virgin,as the box has been pretty stable since u

For some reason, I had to Rescan again today and everything is now working well

if vm had a breakdown in area you may as you said have to factory reset and rescan again.

All TPs working again and all channels are okay just as they were after the s/w update and Rescan this Tuesday
